Payment Methods
Payment can be made in one of five ways as follows:
1. By Check (in the USA) – Payable to The Prince of Wales School Alumni Foundation, 4520 Admiral Ridge Way, SW Lilburn, GA 30047
2. By Zelle – For those who prefer to use Zelle payments, transfer in the USA to [email protected]. However, before you make your first payment via Zelle, please use any campaign donate button on the website to donate a small amount, say $1, then complete your donor profile and register it on our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database. Once you have a registered profile, any donation made via Zelle transfers will automatically synchronize with your profile in the CRM and accounting system enabling you to view your donation history whenever you log in to the CRM database.
3. By Wire Transfer (from any bank account)
Please contact the secretary ([email protected]) if you wish to donate by bank transfer.
4. Through POWAA UK – Alumni in the UK, Ireland, and Wales who wish to donate to the Foundation through a UK charity are encouraged to contact and donate through POWAA UK at [email protected]
5. Through this Website (by selecting one of the Become a Member Campaign Donate Buttons below)
6. Receiving Agent in Sierra Leone: Alumni in Sierra Leone who wish to donate to the Foundation should download and complete POWSAF Donation Form and prepare their donations. Send the completed POWSAF Donation Form and Donation in Leones (or other currency) to POWSAF’s Secretary [email protected] and POWSAF’s Receiving Agent – Amienat Solutions Ltd, 92 Regent Road, Lumley, Freetown, Sierra Leone Tel: +232 76 800078 (also on WhatsApp) Email: [email protected] . Amienat Solutions will remit to equivalent amount in US Dollars to POWSAF.
Become a Member
Alumni who donate a minimum of $250 or Organizations (including Alumni Associations) who donate a minimum of $2,000 to the Foundation and choose to become a member will gain the following benefits:
- Ownership and lifetime membership of the Foundation
- Access through this website’s Member’s Only Area to Investment Performance information, Foundation and Trustee Meeting Minutes and Financial Reports
- Part of a ground-breaking approach to funding the Prince of Wales School as all donations will make perpetual contributions to the Investment Fund
- Opportunity to use skillsets to serve as a Trustee of the Foundation
- Opportunity to use relevant experience and skillsets to serve as a Committee Member
- Acknowledgement of all Alumni Members on the Foundation’s Recognition Wall
- Assurance that the Foundation’s funds will be gifted to Prince of Wales School projects in the event that the Foundation needs to be liquidated
Alumni Member
(Single Payment)
Available to Alumni only. By selecting Alumni Member (Single Payment), the donor consents to becoming a member of The Prince of Wales School Alumni Foundation (POWSAF) for a minimum payment of $250 or they continue making single payment donations to the Foundation as an Alumni Member.
Alumni Member
(Recurring Payment)
Available to Alumni only. By selecting Alumni Member (Recurring Payment), the donor consents to becoming a member of The Prince of Wales School Alumni Foundation (POWSAF) once their accumulated donation reaches $250 or they continue making recurring donations as an Alumni Member.
Association Member
Available to Alumni Associations only. By selecting Alumni Association Member, the donor consents to become an Association Member of The Prince of Wales School Alumni Foundation (POWSAF) once their accumulated donation reaches $2,000 or they continue making single payment donations to the Foundation as an Association Member.
Corporate Member
Available to organizations that want to become Corporate Members of the Foundation. By selecting Corporate Member, the donor consents to become a Corporate Member of The Prince of Wales School Alumni Foundation (POWSAF) once their accumulated donation reaches $2,000 or they continue making single payment donations as a Corporate Member.

(In Memoriam)
By selecting In Memoriam Donation, the donor will be making a special donation gift to POWSAF on behalf of an Alumni of blessed memory.
After donating, the donor will be directed to compose and leave a message for their cherished one that will be posted on the Tribute Page of the website.
Special Gifts
(In-Kind)
Thank you for opting to make an In-kind Donation to support POWSAF. By selecting In-Kind Donations, you consent to making a non-cash-related gift to POWSAF, such as a car, a boat, a house, etc. The In-Kind Donation option is for Alumni, Non-Alumni as well as organizations, however your In-Kind Donation will not entitle you to membership of POWSAF.

Our “Bequest for Cash and Real Property Policy” sets out what we can and cannot accept as a charitable organization. Open to All – This option welcomes donors from Alumni, Non-Alumni, and organizations alike. Choosing “Other Donation” allows a donor to contribute any amount without becoming a member of the Foundation. The allocation of these donations are exclusively to fund Special Projects at the Prince of Wales School.
